  • We will come out to your home and measure the yard and water pressure and then design a custom sprinkler system that best suites your lawn.  We do all of this and provide you with a quote absolutely free of charge.

  • Your system will be designed and installed by a professional licensed irrigator.

  • All of our new installs come with a 1 year warranty.

  • Our service calls are completed by an expert licensed technician.

  • We can either run a system tune up and diagnostic to determine what repairs are needed or we can just address the problems you already know about.

  • Repair services provided: Broken heads, leaks, stuck or broken valves, cut wires, poor coverage adjustments, zone adds, drip repair and adds, controller replacement or adjustments, rain/freeze sensor installs...

  • Our technician is certified in testing and repairing all backflow prevention devices.

  • We conduct an entire system check for an initial $120

Sarge Irrigation is a Veteran owned and locally operated residential and commercial lawn sprinkler company.  We specialize in both new installs as well as repairs on all types of systems.  We are based out of Royse City, Texas where we are a member of the Chamber of Commerce.  We service Dallas, Rockwall, Collin and Hunt counties and can also be found as a preferred contractor on Angie's List. We just opened our doors in 2019 so we are a new and upcoming business with a passion for honest customer service. Mike "Sarge" Luttrell: Owner/Licensed Irrigator

Mike is a husband, father and Veteran of the US Army.  He has 6 years of irrigation experience prior to joining the military.  After leaving the Army he spent 5 years in telecommunications but has decided to go back into business for himself doing what he loved.
