Maintenance Contracts

Tailor your service calls to your needs!

You have the option to choose between 1-4 visits per year.

{1 Visit} Annual spring tune-up - $150

{2 Visits} Annual spring tune-up and winterization - $300 annually or $150 per visit

{3 Visits} Annual spring tune-up, mid-summer check-up, and  winterization- $450 annually or $150 per visit

{4 Visits} Annual spring tune-up, early summer check up, late summer check up, and winterization - $600 annually or $150 per visit

***Pricing listed is for systems with 12 or fewer zones. For systems with more than 12 zones, the per visit price will increase by $5 per zone. ***

 

Service Schedule & Description

1. Spring Startup (March – April):

• Activate the irrigation system and slowly pressurize all lines to prevent damage.

• Inspect all zones for proper operation, coverage, and pressure.

• Adjust sprinkler heads for correct alignment, spray pattern, and coverage efficiency.

• Check for visible leaks, damaged heads, broken pipes, or clogged nozzles.

• Program the controller for an appropriate spring watering schedule.

• Replace the controller’s backup battery (if applicable).

• Perform minor repairs on-site (customer approval required for parts and additional labor).

2. Early Summer Check-up (May – June):

• Inspect entire system for efficiency during warmer weather.

• Check and adjust heads due to plant growth, new landscaping, or shifting soil.

• Test water pressure and zone run times for optimal distribution.

• Clean filters and flush lines if needed.

• Inspect drip irrigation zones and emitters for clogs or leaks.

• Ensure all valves, solenoids, and the controller are functioning correctly.

3. Late Summer Check-up (August – September):

• Evaluate the system’s performance during peak heat and drought conditions.

• Inspect zones for dry spots, pooling, or inefficient watering.

• Check all heads, rotors, and emitters for wear and performance.

• Re-calibrate the controller schedule based on late summer conditions.

• Address any necessary repairs or recommendations before fall (customer approval required for parts and additional labor).

 

4. Winterization (October – November):

• Shut off the irrigation water supply and controller.

• Blow out all sprinkler lines using a commercial air compressor to prevent freeze damage.

• Drain and inspect the backflow prevention device.

• Turn the controller off or set it to winter mode.

• Provide a summary of needed repairs or upgrades for the upcoming season.

 

Terms & Conditions

- Upon system check, any inspection or basic diagnostics are included in the contract. However, if additional repairs are identified, they will require customer approval and will incur extra charges at the current hourly rate for labor (presently $175 per hour), plus the cost of parts and will be billed as a separate charge.  

• Emergency service is available at discounted rates for agreement customers.

• Customer must ensure access to water supply and controller at the time of each visit.

• Missed or canceled appointments without 24-hour notice may result in rescheduling fees.

• This agreement is non-transferable and non-refundable.
